1) What we provide

ResumeAI is a self-serve software tool that analyzes resume text and job descriptions and returns an automated report and suggested rewrite output. The Service is informational and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or outcomes.

2) No professional advice

Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before use. We do not provide legal, HR, or employment advice.

3) Accounts, access, and acceptable use

Access & Subscription (Monthly): Your subscription grants monthly access to ResumeAI features starting from the purchase date, renewing each month until cancelled. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may update features and usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair use. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or outcomes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, or interfere with normal operation.
You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.
We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4) Payments

Monthly subscription. ResumeAI is billed at $9.99/month. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support.

If you purchase access, you may be asked to provide payment information through our payment provider. Prices, taxes, and availability may change at any time.

Pricing is subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, site design, and underlying software are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to access the Service (unless we explicitly grant broader rights). You retain ownership of the text you submit.
